All garments are made to order as part of Chantelle Lucyl’s ethos and practise towards encouraging a more sustainable supply chain within the Fashion industry.
Please allow 5-10 business days for the order to be fulfilled before it is shipped. Depending on the volume of orders, you may be notified via email if the processing time of the garment will take longer than 10 working business days.
Once the order is packaged and shipped via Auspost. You will receive an email with a tracking number.
International rates for post will vary depending on the location and are calculated at the checkout.
Due to the Covid-19 there may be slight delays on delivery.
Chantelle Lucyl is not responsible for lost or damage packages in transit.
Chantelle Lucyl is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs added upon delivery.
Chantelle Lucyl currently uses Australia Post service to complete domestic and international orders unless a specific request is made.
All orders are made to the client’s request therefore no refunds or returns are accepted at this time.
